We love to work hard and tackle challenges with 100% effort, but we also understand the importance of life outside of the office. We’d rather have two people working 40 hours per week than one working 80 hours. This allows our team to respond better to our clients' needs because we aren't already overloaded with day-to-day work.

Originally founded in 1991 by Jim van Iwaarden, we’ve been delivering innovative actuarial services for over 30 years. As we enter a new era under the leadership of Mark Schulte, VIA Actuarial Solutions is still growing, doing great work, and having fun.
